Operations Research Analyst
Tower Research Capital LLC seeks Operations Research Analyst to formulate mathematical and simulation models, relating constants and variables, restrictions, alternatives, conflicting objectives, and their numerical parameters to develop quantitative trading strategies; research financially related data sets in order to find statistically significant patterns; oversee the development life cycle of API for electronic connection to financial exchanges by utilizing knowledge of client-server architecture, data structures, and network socket programming; develop automated trading strategies using intelligent data mining, linear and nonlinear statistical methods; perform validation and testing of automated trading strategies; monitor and report on the risk and performance of trading strategies; study and analyze information about alternative courses of action to determine which plan will offer the best outcomes; prepare management reports defining and evaluating problems and recommending solutions; break systems into their component parts; specify manipulative or computational methods to be applied to models.
Requirements:
MS in Operations Research or related field + 2 yrs exp.
