Mortgage Backed Securities Market Analyst
Tower Research Capital LLC, a New York-based hedge fund, is looking to hire a Mortgage Market Analyst to provide insight into, and conduct research on, the mortgage backed securities market. Consumers of the information produced will be both internal traders at Tower and external clients of Tower.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of mortgage market experience; specifically, they must have knowledge of a wide variety of mortgage securities and a deep understanding of how the mortgage market functions. A broad knowledge of financial markets, and of a wide variety of portfolio investment strategies, will be very valuable. Additionally, candidates must have excellent written and oral communications skills, and must be able to present well to clients. This job will include some travel.
